Destination Wedding FAQs

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club can host celebrations of different sizes across its wedding settings. The Reflection Pool can accommodate up to 220 seated guests. Reception capacity depends on the selected venue, room configuration, and event plan. Our Sales and Catering Team will confirm the appropriate capacity for your preferred spaces.

Available arrangements may include the venue setting, standard tables and banquet chairs, white linens and napkins, cutlery, glassware, event-service support, and a dance floor. Your proposal will explain the inclusions associated with your selected venue and wedding experience. The resort does not offer a traditional all-inclusive wedding package.

Yes. Many couples hold their ceremony at the Reflection Pool before moving to a separate resort venue for cocktails and the reception. Keeping both parts of the wedding in one location can simplify the day and reduce additional travel for guests.

Yes. The Events Team can provide a list of vendors who are familiar with the resort and have served previous clients. Depending on resort policies and your agreement, you may also be able to select professionals outside the preferred list.

Guest accommodations are not required, but they can make a destination wedding more convenient. Staying at the resort allows guests to enjoy the celebration and surrounding Colorado Springs experiences without traveling between multiple locations. Explore Resort Accommodations

Contact the Sales and Catering Team and request a proposal. After learning more about your anticipated date, guest count, and vision, the team can arrange a convenient time for you to tour the appropriate spaces.

Conditions along the Front Range can change, so the resort develops contingency plans for outdoor celebrations. In severe or extreme weather, the team can move the ceremony to an appropriate terrace or indoor space. The available backup setting will depend on the wedding plan, venue availability, and guest count.

A deposit is required to secure your date. Additional payments are typically scheduled before the wedding, with the final balance due according to the terms in your agreement. Your Sales and Catering contact will provide the complete payment schedule with your proposal.

The Sales and Catering Team can discuss dietary needs and preferences during menu planning. Available accommodations may include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other requested options. Final selections should be confirmed directly with the team using the current wedding menus.

Yes. Garden of the Gods Resort and Club requires couples to work with a wedding planner or coordinator. Your resort Catering Manager supports the venue, food and beverage, and resort-related elements of the celebration but does not replace the professional responsible for timelines, personal décor, vendor coordination, and other essential wedding-day details.
