From general queries about venue tours and capacities to table and chair options, here are some of our most frequently asked questions — and answers — about weddings at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club.
Our reception spaces can accommodate up to 225 guests seated with a dance floor.
The ceremony site fee includes our white garden chairs, a water station, tables, white linens, set up, tear down, and time for photos for the wedding party.
All wedding reception packages include tables and chairs (based on inventory), white cotton linens and napkins, Garden of the Gods Resort and Club’s glassware, flatware, and white china, plus a 16’ x 16’ dance floor, cake cutting service, onsite parking, and a sparkling wine toast.
Our venue is shown by appointment only. Regular appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or by special appointment — provided the venue is available.
A minimum deposit of 25% of your contracted amount is required at the signing of the contract.
Garden of the Gods Resort and Club manages all food and beverage service for your event. Outside caterers are not allowed, with the exception of dessert vendors who hold a license with the state of Colorado.
Yes, power access is available at all of our ceremony locations.
Garden of the Gods Resort and Club does not provide a sound system or a sound technician. We highly recommend hiring a professional DJ or entertainment company to manage all sound at your event.
All events must conclude by 11:30 PM, and the start time of your event will be determined with the Sales Manager based on our resort’s availability.
All décor setup is the responsibility of the client, hired vendors, or your hired wedding coordinator. All delivery of décor and setup is to be completed during your contracted hours, and all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is not responsible for items left behind.
We do not require our couples to have insurance, but we highly recommend purchasing an event policy. All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with proof of liability two weeks prior to the event.
While we do not have an exclusive vendor list, we are happy to share a list of preferred vendors who we love working with, and who are very familiar with our venue!
The Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is a private facility that is unique in setting and ambience. To assure mutual enjoyment of the facilities by all our members and guests, the resort does not grant exclusive access. While you will have exclusive access to your event space during your contracted hours, other areas of the resort may be utilized for other events and for the use of members and guests. For more details, please contact your Catering Manager.
Based on availability, we offer group room blocks for your guests at a preferred rate. A group room block consists of five (5) or more rooms with a two-night minimum.
We recommend Strata’s spa and salon services for pampering and preparation, and the utilization of a hotel room to serve as a dressing room.
If you contract a minimum of $10,000: A Club Room is included for the night of the wedding. Most couples reserve the room the night before the wedding to become a room to get ready in.
If you contract a minimum of $20,000: A Club Room is included for two nights.
If you contract a minimum of $30,000: A Junior Suite is included for two nights.
