Group Fitness Class Schedule
Body Sculpt/Standing Sculpt – Sculpts, tones, and strengthens the body using a variety of resistance methods, including free weights, tubing, and one’s own body weight.
Boot Camp – Variations of free weights, cardio, and body-weight exercises performed in a fast-paced, high-energy circuit.
Core Concepts – A full-body, functional strength-training class that engages the deepest core muscles for enhanced performance, posture, balance, power, and overall strength.
Cycle/Yoga – Combination cycle, then yoga class, that balances bike posture, including hip and heart openers, with Savasana and spinal extension.
Functional Fitness Roulette – Spin the wheel of fitness fortune for a full-body, calorie-melting, functional fitness class.
Gentle Stretch & Stability – Enhances balance, stability, and flexibility through functional stretching and core work stabilization.
Mindful Meditation – The benefits of meditation are medically proven to relieve stress, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep. Mindful meditation classes are accompanied with reflective writing the last 5 to 10 minutes. Please bring a journal and pen. You’re welcome to bring your own meditation mat/pillow/bench. $10 per member / $15 per non-member.
Moving to Thrive – Inspired by dance, martial arts, and healing arts — and energized by the healing power of music — this class is for anyone seeking ways to feel better while living with long or short-term illness, injury, stress, or conditions that present movement challenges.
Nia – Combines energies and philosophies of dance, martial arts, and healing arts to create a deep mind, body, spirit connection and somatic awareness.
Pilates – Comprises a methodical series of functional exercises to achieve strong posture, muscle balance, and core strength.
Restorative Yoga – Heals the effects of chronic stress with a blend of various poses, breath work, and easy flows of movement.
TRX Training – Utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and one’s body weight to complete seven core movements and build a better body.
TRX 30 – A TRX-based class that allows you to get a total body workout in just 30 minutes.
Yoga – Emphasizes the basics of body alignment for any level of yoga practice; develops stamina, strength, and flexibility — safely and effectively — in this active, full-spectrum class.
Zumba – Fuses Latin and international music to create dynamic, exciting, and fun choreographed dances.
Zumba Toning – The same great Zumba class — with new music and a touch of light weights.
