Throughout her career, Denise has held numerous positions within prestigious hotels and resorts across the country. Prior to joining Garden of the Gods Resort and Club, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts in Napa, California. During her three-year tenure, her efforts included launching a new CRM marketing program and re-launching the nationally acclaimed AAA Four-Diamond Napa Valley Wine Train attraction.
Her previous positions also include senior hospitality sales and marketing executive roles at Red Mountain Resort and Spa in Utah, the Mandalay Resort Group in Las Vegas, and as VP of Marketing & Sales at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. During her free time, Denise loves adventuring in the outdoors and traveling. She is an avid hiker, snow skier, cyclist, golfer, and twice completed the 27-mile Grand Canyon North Rim to South Rim hike.
A Colorado native, born in Denver and graduated from Western Colorado State University. With over 30 years of experience in tour, travel, and hospitality. From Colorado, Meliss moved to San Francisco and then on to San Diego California working for both Southwest Airlines as a flight attendant, and American Airlines as a Regional Sales Manager. From sunny San Diego to snowy Lake Tahoe, Meliss then live and worked in Lake Tahoe for Vail Resorts Tahoe Collection Sales Manager. She also was a National Sales Manager for the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV.
Meliss’ favorite activities are skiing, traveling, sporting events with her husband, friends, and family. She also enjoys interior design and remodeling.
Christi brings a wealth of experience to the weddings team at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. She began her hospitality career over 16 years ago in her home state of Texas where she worked with clients within the energy, entertainment, and pharmaceutical industry. Christi’s talent and enthusiasm for managing large scale formal events led her to Colorado Springs where she began producing military balls for all branches of the United States Military. Her creative flair and commitment to the highest levels of guest experience ensure your special day is truly unforgettable. Away from work she loves traveling and exploring the Rocky Mountains.
Allison was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from Millersville University. Her love for hospitality and events began during an internship in South Carolina. Shortly after moving to Colorado, Allison served as a Banquet Captain here at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club. She is excited to devote her event knowledge and experience to creating and planning events as a Catering Manager.
In her free time, Allison is a foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and being outdoors. Allison always welcomes new experiences and a little adventure!
Kornelia was born and raised in Poland. She graduated with an associate’s degree in business in 2020. Kornelia lived in Japan and France during her teenage years. She moved to US when she was 21. She worked at The Broadmoor Hotel for 6 years in the banquet department and as a conference assistant. She also worked at the Mining Exchange Wyndham Grand Hotel and SPA as a Conference Services and Catering Manager and worked for Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
She enjoys her work, the beach, and a good book. She also has an addiction to shoes!
Alexandria was born and raised in Southern Colorado. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Communications with Minors in Sports Management and Music, Stage and Sport Production from Colorado State University. Alexandria’s love for marketing and digital communications began during an internship with the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans. Prior to joining the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club, she served as a Multimedia Communications Specialist for HUB International in New Orleans, LA.
In her free time, Alexandria loves to cycle, run, and spend time with her family.
