Here is a guide on how to best enjoy your time with STRATA Spa at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork and change into your spa robe and slippers. As a guest of STRATA Spa, you are welcome to enjoy our beautiful amenities including our salt rooms, steam rooms, experiential showers, and relaxation room.
It is best to do heat therapies prior to a facial, not after. In addition, please schedule massages and body treatments prior to facials. Reservations are required for all treatments.
Please respect the serenity and calm of the spa environment and silence your mobile phone or secure it in your locker.
Changing Rooms and Lockers
STRATA Spa has changing rooms and lockers to secure your belongings. Please leave valuables at home or in the resort safe. A plush robe and slippers will be available for you to enjoy during your spa visit. Our salon, if prescheduled, can provide a blow-out should you have a social engagement soon after your spa visit.
Scheduling and Missed Appointments
Treatment times begin and end on schedule. Please plan your check-in accordingly. We advise arriving a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We realize that sometimes plans change. To avoid penalty or fee, guests must cancel STRATA Spa appointments up to 48 hours prior to the time service(s) is / are scheduled to be performed. Example: If a guest has a service scheduled for 11:00am on Friday, the guest must call to cancel by 11:00am on Wednesday. Guests are encouraged to reschedule the appointment(s) if a cancellation is requested. Please note, confirmation calls are performed three days prior to the day service is scheduled.
Guests who notify STRATA Spa to cancel within the 48-hour to 24-hour time period will incur a 50% fee of the service(s) scheduled.
Guests who notify STRATA Spa to cancel within the 24-hour time period will incur a 100% fee of the service(s) scheduled.
Guests who do not notify STRATA Spa of a cancellation (“no call-no show”) will incur a 100% fee of the service(s) scheduled.
This fee will be charged to the reservation or credit card received at the time of booking and on file.The cancellation policy may be waived under extenuating circumstances, including illness, family emergencies, and / or delayed flights. Please note, local guests who are delayed by traffic will not be granted waiver of policy.
Prices and Gratuities
For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to your invoice at check out.
Retail Return Policy
Retail items, defined by spa and salon products and, spa and salon boutique lobby retail items must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Verification of purchase is required. Sales items, electronics items, damaged items, and opened items are not eligible for return or credit.
A visit to STRATA Spa offers a time of peace and relaxation for our guests. Unless your child is scheduled for a service, we ask that you make alternate arrangements for their care during your service time. Children may not be left unattended on the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club property.
Your health and safety are always our first priority. If you have medical conditions or specific allergies or take prescription medications, please advise the spa concierge prior to your treatment time so we can check against our list of treatment contraindications.
A spa treatment is just the beginning of a lifelong journey to health and well-being. A well-conceived home-care program is vital and is part of the value of the spa experience. Your therapist will outline a home care program that will continue to enhance the results you experience at STRATA Spa.
