David Kidd

David Kidd is from mid-Michigan where he was born and raised before making his way to Colorado in 2001.  He attended Central Michigan University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Preventative Rehabilitation, with minors in Nutrition and Gerontology.  Dave has over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness arena with roles ranging from clinical wellness to hospitality/resort fitness.  Supervising multiple hospital-based wellness centers and leading the Broadmoor Hotel’s member and corporate group fitness offerings.  David holds numerous certifications including personal training, TRX, indoor cycling, and FMS.  With specialties including strength training, weight management, and sports specific training.  In his spare time David enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
